IVM is a change consultancy with expertise in communication. We help our clients to adjust to new demands and materialize what is needed. Which is the engaging story to tell? How can targets, corporate identity and employers attitude blend? IVM, founded in 2000, has advised private and public organizations. IVM’s network consists of managers, organisation consultants, PR professionals, trainers/coaches, graphic designers, photographers and editors.

 

Founder

Founder/director is Rudolf Cremer Eindhoven. He holds a master degree in political science and is trained as a communications consultant. As an independent editor/journalist he worked for the NOS news desk, Dutch ministries and Mazal U’bracha Publications. As a change and interim manager he worked for public agencies in Holland and abroad. The past years he has occupied himself with the role of power and communication in complex processes of decision-making.
His current assignment is facilitator/advisor politics & administration at program King of the Ministry of Infrastructure, ProRail and the municipality of Amsterdam.
